2. We only supply what is offered on our website and any additional services or product may be offered at a later date.

3: All images are supplied to us from artists and graphic designers from all over the world, thus we have rights to reproduce and art work that we as a company have listed on our site.those that are not supplied by the above have been purchased from online from online suppliers at a fixed price instore.

4: With regards to the online forum and the content, please not that any posts of listings that are placed are in line with the rules on the forum and must be followed. we are not held accounterable for any posts that have been listed out of working hours.

5: We dont offer many cover on items that are sent overseas unless the buyer requests us to add additional cover to their product.As not replacement of refund will be offered in the event of their item been damaged or lost while in transit to their listed address.

6: All finished products remain the sole property of iwanacanvas.com untill which time the are paid for in full.

7: Any change to the listed item, no notice may be given to a item no longer been made avalialble in our online store or a change to the finish of the product.sometimes this may be done as a items makeup may be changed with out notice.

8: Any good that are supplied will meet our QC systems needs and will be dispatched within this the system requirements.

9: If by any misplacement of your order or miss handling of your order, placed with us , we will endever to replace the purchased item within the listed time scale at a cost to ourselfs and not the buyer.we will only replace the item like for like.And if stock levels permit a like for like replacemnet only then will a alt size be offered.

10: If the product is returned to us without a listed RTB number, the the return will be side stored untill we have a the number from the buyer or comformation that they have returned the item to us in the same condition that they signed for the item in the first instance.

11: Any image/photo/artwork that is uploaded to this site for printing has to meet our rules with regards to content and have to be suitable for reproduction. ie: no adult content unless agreed by us in advance or any image of a dimeaning nature.

12: All content will be checked befor they are then passed to our print studio for product finishing and dispatch, and if at any stage they dont meet our rules, then the buyer will be contacted with regards to this matter via listed email address.

13: We will print what is sent to us via email or by the other above listed means. we dont not take any responsability for any images that have a copyright or other such systems in place, we only produce what we are asked to and always treat the images and pictures with confidentiality. Once used the uploaded images are deleted from our database systems.

14: If at any stage of the sales process it becomes awear that the image is copyrighted to a company or other group not named, then as above we dont hold any responceabilty for the image been reproduced by us, as we are instructed to do so by the buyer when they purchased and upload the image to us for printing to our listed stretched canvases.The buyer by purchasing the item and uploading the image to us, agrees to theses terms and holds full responceabilty for the copyrighted printed image and not iwantacanvas.com.
