How to order from us? 

Simply go to the 'Information & pricing' section and select the 'photo to canvas pricelist' option.  Then choose and pay the canvas size wanted and thats it! 

How do I upload my image to you for printing?
If you have paid by debit or credit card via paypal you will be redirected to the upload page after your payment, if you have paid by post the upload link will be sent in your confirmation email.

What size should my picture or digital image be?
Your image needs to be at least 300KB for the larger sizes, we would suggest an image size of 600KB.
If you need some help with sizing please feel free to give us a call, or email the image to us and a member of the print team will get back to you asap.

Scanning tips
You can use a flat bed scanner to scan your image at 300 dpi resolution. Save the file using JPEG format with the highest quality setting and lowest compression.

Cropping
We will artistically crop your image so it works with the proportions of the canvas size you’ve selected. Sometimes the image you send us just won’t work in the finished size you selected. If that’s the case we’ll call you with an alternative solution. If you prefer, we can crop and reproduce only a portion of your photo. Please give us an accurate description of the intended cropping in the comments section of the order form

Do the images need to be a specific File Type ?

We only accept the following file types: JEPG, BMP, PSD, PDF, PNG & TIFF, ESP and a few more type not listed.

Is there a limit to the size of Finished print I can do?
Your canvas print can be 64" wide by as long as you like.

Professional Photography and copyrighted images
The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce the photograph. This includes the right to control the making of copies. If your photograph was taken by a professional photographer you may need to obtain a release. Both on our online order form and on our prepaid mailer, you'll be asked to agree to the following statement: "I certify that I own the copyright for this photo(s) or, I am authorized by the owner to make and use a photo-to-canvas reproduction."

Ship to someone else
We prompt you for the shipping and billing address. We will not contact the recipient in any way, shape or form so if it is a surprise, your secret is safe with us.

Some of your questions answered!

1: It normally takes around 3-7 days from us getting your art work/photos to you signing for your canvas print at your door.

2: Your finished canvas will be very well packaged. Wrapped in layers bubble wrap and corrigated paper to prevent damage in transit.

2a: Your canvas will come with ABS Plastic corner wedges installed, so you can rest assured that its stretched to the correct level so that there will be no bagging in years to come.

3: The two types of canvas wrap finish we offer is as follows, "Gallery Wrapped" is a canvas that has white sides or edges as the image supplied is not suitable for a full wrap around the sides of the frame.

4: A "Box Canvas" is a finish that means the image is fully wrapped around the frame on all sides with no white edges showing.

5: All our finished canvas prints are framed on 38mm chunky frames and ready for you to find a nice location for them to be hung.

6: The inks systems we use are listed as fade resistant epson k3 ultrachrome inks with a 200 year light fast bond, so they won't fade in UV sunlight. (check this information out on (www.epson.com)

6a: For the 'photo to poster range', that we print in house , we use Lyson photochrome pro inks as they have a great colour range and produce some outstanding full bleed colour prints to large format. (www.lyson.com)

7: All our frames are 'kiln dried' and won't warp in a hot home or a humid setting. This is one thing that we make sure of as most use cheap untreated timber imported from china that will warp over time.

8: Will your canvas also be waterproof,  as these are not water resistant and if they do get wet they may mark of the colour may be affected.

9: To clean the canvas just use a lint free cloth and dust lightly.

10: We do offer discounts on orders over £400 please ask for details.

11: We don't allow collection direct as we have all our work dispatched via a collection carrier.

12: The canvas media we use is 100% cotton canvas and has a high grade matt or gloss finish.

13: We do offer as much help, Free of charge as you want, just let us know by email or phone.

14: Our team are here 24/7 for all your needs , they will endevour to answer any questions you may have with regards to anything we have missed in this section.

15: All emails must be sent using the listed "contact us" page on the site, only then will we be able to help you with your order.

16: Please understand we don't control the postal services that we use for dispatching your order, they may be delays that we have no control over once your canvas has left us.

17: All orders that leave us are trackable on-line via the dispatch service that has collected your order for delivery to you.
